Keep the Fleet Moving - Locally and Remotely.
ZET Mobility connects vehicle deployment with an after-sales support model led by EV America, its technical service and remote support division. The objective is simple: give fleets a clear path to diagnostics, technical assistance, service coordination, training, parts and applicable warranty support after delivery.
EV America – a division of ZET Mobility
EV America technical support backbone
EV America is the technical service and remote support division of ZET Mobility, providing the support layer behind ZET vehicle platforms. Capabilities can include remote diagnostics, Control Tower technical triage, service coordination, technician support, training, parts planning and applicable warranty assistance.
Control Tower / remote diagnostics
The EV America Control Tower can provide a centralized technical layer for distributed fleets, supporting diagnostic review, technical triage, service-history visibility, coordination and escalation where the applicable vehicle platform supports remote data and diagnostics.
U.S. and international service coordination
In the U.S., EV America can coordinate direct and network-based service support. For international ZET deployments, EV America can support qualified local technicians and service partners remotely with diagnostics, procedures, documentation and technical escalation, subject to the applicable OEM and market framework.
Training, parts and warranty support
Driver and technician training, parts planning, service documentation and warranty coordination can be incorporated into fleet support plans. Warranty assistance must always follow the applicable OEM authorization and warranty terms.
