What we analyze
Duty cycle
Routes, duty cycle, passenger or payload requirements, operating hours, depot constraints and growth plan.
Operating economics
Annual energy / fuel cost, maintenance estimate, cumulative operating cost and estimated savings versus the selected baseline.
Acquisition & infrastructure
Vehicle cost, infrastructure, financing, available incentives and lifecycle assumptions, with a break-even view when sufficient data is available.
Outputs are estimated and depend on duty cycle, energy prices and verified OEM data. Where only partial data exists, the analysis identifies which cost categories are included.
Information we use
OEM / model; number of vehicles; annual miles or kilometers per vehicle; electricity price; diesel / gasoline / CNG price; baseline MPG or fuel consumption; estimated maintenance cost; years of ownership; optional financing assumptions; optional charger / infrastructure allocation.
